1.hang up — hung up= 挂电话
ex: why did you hang up on me? 你为什么挂我电话？
ex: I need to hang up, i have to go. 我要挂电话了

2. gangsters = the people in the gang 黑社会的人 小混混
ex: There are lots of gangsters in YuenLang recently.

3. crowd= many people 群众
crowded（adj）=拥挤
ex: The Bund is very crowded.
ex: There are many crowds at the Bund.

4. gather (verb)= 聚集
gathering (noun)= 聚会
ex: lots of gangsters gathers in YuenLang for a demonstration 抗议游行
ex: Let’s have a gathering on Sunday, let’s go eat BBQ.

5. rush hour =高峰期
ex: The subway is very crowded, especially during rush hour.
ex: it’s hard to get a DIDI during rush hour.

The crowd called the police but the police hung up on them. The crowd had to call the firemen, and the firemen came to save the people. Today a lot of crowd go to YuenLang together for a demonstration, and fight the police and the locals. Every shop is closed because they are ready for the fight. The police and the gangsters are on one side.
