Speaking exercise

I employed many staff. We work in small company. We need people be more activity. They know what they want to do, and not always push. But actually in small company, but everyone just follow the order. You push one step, they will just step one. It’s very hard to be activity staff. Because in small company, they should handle lots of parts of the job. Not like big company, they just spend one year in one position, just one thing, everyday repeat. So I just think, they need move because of your push, they will never be important person in a company. But usually, most of the people like this. In the market, this kind of person will be 90%. For an HR, how to choose them? For small company, just they can use, that’s enough. But you should take responsibility for them. For big companies, a kind of education, they teach you but not everyone will be senior level. For the basic employee, if they cannot move on, after 3 years, after they’re getting a bit old, they will just be fired. More young people, they graduated and they can instead of you, and do the same job as you, and they are more cheap. For the beginner in the job market, we will just check the degree and they graduate from which school.

Revised

I employed many staffs. We work in small company. We look for people who are more active. They know what they want to do, and will not always push the deadline. But actually in a small company, but everyone just follows the order. They will do as you say. It’s very hard to be an active staff. Because in small company, they should learn how to multitask.  Unlike big companies, they just spend one year in one position, and repeat the same tasks over and over again. So I just think, they are only productive due to the orders, they will never become an important person in a company. But usually, most of the people are like this. In the market, 90% of the people are like this. For an HR, it’s important to know how to choose the right person. For small company, as long as the employee can follow orders, that’s enough. But you should be responsible of them. For big companies, it’s like a kind of education/ training, they teach you the materials but not everyone will reach the senior level. For the entry-level employees, if they cannot improve, after 3 years, after they age, they will just be fired/ laid offAs the younger generation graduates, they can replace you, and they are cheaper in labour. For the entry-level job position in the job market, we will just look at the degree and the schools they graduated from.
