Vocabulary

1.trial period/ probation period= 试用期
ex: there’s usually a probation period of 3 months.
ex: During the probation period, the company can fire you anytime.

2. fixed= 固定的
ex: is your salary fixed for four years?
ex: the price is fixed, there’s nothing I can do.

3. bargain= 讨价还价
ex: my boyfriend is really good at bargaining.
ex: He likes to bargain at the food market.

4. negotiate (verb)= 谈判
negotiation (noun)
ex: you can negotiate your salary with your manager four years later.
ex: we had a smooth negotiation, he agreed to all of our terms.

5. terms= 条件 条款
ex: both parties agreed on these terms.
ex: you need to understand the terms before you sign the contract.

6. party = 方
ex: you need to negotiate with the other party if you don’t agree with their terms.
ex: party A and party B will work together.

I have some English class in app, it’s really helpful. It’s very simple. Every class, I can study new words and new grammar. I think the class is for young students, but it works for me. They have the reading system, they say one sentence, and you need to say it 5 times, it’s useful . They have a lot great teachers, like someone study is really great school, like Cambridge. I know someone from Weibo, she majored in English, she says this app is pretty good so I just try it. they have the discount, you can pay 100 yuan study one month. You can try it’s good or not, and you can continue. We have the group in WeChat, you can talk to the head teacher. After the trial period, it will be 700 yuan for one year.

This class is the basically one. In our group, there are lots of little kids. They are really good at English, like reading.

I know someone from Weibo who majored in English, and said this app is pretty good so I just tried it. they have the discount, you can pay 100 yuan to study one month. You can try if it’s good or not, and decide if you wish to continue. We can talk to the head teacher in WeChat. It will be 700 yuan for one year after the trial period. 

This class is entry-level. There are lots of little kids in our group who are really good at reading in English.
