Today is really a busy day, because we’re busy in accounting closing, today is the last day to clear the bank account. Today’s closing is very fluent, when I review the report, there were many problems that I need to check with colleagues. I think the problem is not only my colleague issue, i think it’s one of the issue of myself, because I am not a strict person for my team members. Sometimes we just leave some work to deal with, even though the deadline is coming. I need to set the deadline earlier.
