I ate these sometimes, I had luck and in that moments, I think that seafood was cooked very well because it didn’t do any reaction on my body. A day I ate a little shrimp carpaccio (normally it´s raw), I felt something strange in my throat during some minutes, I stopped to eat because I felt bad, but it was actually that my throat was closing. I realized that later. When I worked in a restaurant I was peeling some prawns and I had small wound in my hand and immediately I got a rash go up for my had. So, I confirmed that really I’m allergic to shellfish because finally I when to the hospital and they did me the test. The lump for shellfish was bigger.
