Speaking exercise

I make some bad things yesterday. I didn’t manage my feeling, I was angry at that time. Today I want to talk about how to manage our mood. yesterday we are talking about some project in the meeting, my co-worker want to do something, but he doesn’t say all at one time. I say back ” I will check and get back you”, I think this thing is done. She said complaint words. I go outside to drink some water. About one hour, we go back and talk to her, our goal is push this project go smoothly.

Actually, it’s easily to angry in our daily life. No matter the thing is big or small. We always no angry is no good for our health, but still people can’t hold or mange themselves very well. For me, I think I’m nice people and don’t like to argue with others because I don’t care anything, but some people want to challenge me, so I want to hit back (no matter use language or body language). If you have difficult to talk to somebody, then you need to find another way to talk same topic with him. My friend suggest you don’t need to argue with them face to face. we need to more communication about our thinking, how to handle some things, and give you more information.

Future of language

China is developing in the recent years, Chinese people are very rich, many people go out of country for trip, but most of the Chinese didn’t speak English very well, you need Chinese to communicate. So I found many foreigner country has often Chinese service, Chinese people bring more income to foreign country because they like to buy luxuries.

Revised

Something bad happened to me yesterday. I couldn’t control my emotions, I was angry at that time. Today I want to talk about how to manage our mood/ emotions. Yesterday we talked  about some project in the meeting, my co-worker wanted to do something, but she didn’t explain well of her needs. I told her ” I will check and get back to you”, I thought this thing was done, but she kept complaining. I went outside to drink some water and calmed down. About one hour later, I went back and talked to her, our goal is to move this project forward.

To be honest, it’‘s really easy to become angry in our daily life, even due to little things. We know that being emotional is no good for our health, but people often can’t hold or manage their temper very well. For me, I think I’m a nice person and don’t like to argue with others because I don’t care about anything, but some people want to challenge me, so I want to strike back (either physically or verbally). If you have difficulty to talk to somebody, then you need to find another way to go over the topic with him. My friend suggests that you don’t need to argue with them face to face. we need to more communicate more of how we think, so we would know how to handle our emotions better. 

Future of language

The economy in China is doing well  in the recent years, Chinese people are becoming richer, many people go abroad for vacations, but most of the Chinese don’t speak English very well, you need Chinese to communicate. so I found many foreigner countries will offer Chinese translation service, Chinese people can bring more income/ GDP to foreign country because they like to buy luxuries.
