ex: Many people are reluctant to speak in public.
ex: Some suppliers are reluctant to provide solutions to the defective products.

3. in terms of= regarding
ex: In terms of our team performance, I think we should do better for the next season/ quarter.
ex: I have never been abroad, so in terms of language or experience, you can be my teacher.

Today, I’m visiting our supply factory and talk about the fabric application for our product, because there’s a quality issue on our fabric, when I sit on my sofa, there are some wrinkles on the seat. our client cannot accept this kind of issue, we got customer complaint. Today we are here to solve this issue, our supplier gave us solution, we already tried 3 but failed, now we are waiting for the result of the last option. We can probably figure out. After this, our client can accept the orders because the orders are still pending.  For this case, I feel a lot of press, because I’m in marketing department, when some issues for our products, all of them will give me press to solve the production problem. Hopefully today will get the best result.

Today, I’m visiting our supplier to talk about the fabric application for our product, because there’s a quality issue on our fabric, when I sit on the sofa, there are some corrugated surface/ creases on the seat. our client cannot accept this kind of defects, we got a complaint from them. Today we are here to solve this issue, our supplier gave us some solutions, we already tried 3 of them but they all failed, now we are waiting for the result of the last option. We can probably figure it out. After this, our client can place the orders because the orders are still pending.  For this case, I feel very stressful , because I’m in the marketing department, when there are certain issues regarding our products, all of them will count on me to solve the defects. Hopefully I can solve the problem today.
