Yesterday my top manager give me a big order from a client and I need to contact with the plans but some parts of the beef not quality. Not to fit with the clients standards. I need to contact with the client to talk /discuss . Ask him can I change the other size from the beef parts, because the client 180grams but we only ordered 150 grams of cube rolls of beef.

Essentially, the problem was that the beef products were not to fit with the clients standards. Therefore I needed to contact the client and discuss with him a plan of action. I asked him can if I can change the order quantity, because the client 180 grams beef cube rolls of but we only ordered 150 grams.
