“I was working all the day, it was is always busy on Monday. This morning I had finished, uh uh uh, a review / summary. I had to read some reports and I may need to read them after this class. If I read reports tomorrow morning, then I have another things some more things to do for tomorrow. I was very busy so I canceled some Smart English lessons.

Do you do any cardiovascular activities like running or dancing ?

use the exercise machines in the Gym –  健身器材

hurt in my knees —–> a knee injury 

ex. If I run then I will feel pain in my knees because of a previous knee injury.
