Vocabulary

strength (noun) – someone can have strength
You need physical strength to lift heavy things.
You need emotional strength to deal with a stressful situation.

strong (adj)
You need to be strong. It will be OK. (reassurance)

strenuous (adj) – something can be strenuous or hard to do
Climbing this mountain was strenuous
It was strenuous to carry my luggage upstairs.
