Sales performance
The very good May performance is explained by a combination of elements: luxury market is recovering + May is a gifting season
We are taking more GMV and Grey market weight is decreasing due to the closing of most of the stores

Tmall tools
All tools x artworks developed for Tmall remain Tmall only and don’t have to be shared to other markets in order to keep consistent selling tool and strategy WW. Tmall is a specific door in a specific environment.

Duo lipstick offer
The page and mechanic (not validated) dedicated to a duo lipstick offer have to be unpublish after 618 (on June 19th the latest) and no more bundle, set and coffret has to be published before alignment and validation by the brand. The current set collection is enough for a niche brand and remain exceptional. In May, gifting sets contributed to 25% of the business, it’s too high for a niche brand and is not our strategy in terms of brand image.

Returning purchase
The current returning purchase rate is about 5-6%, let’s target 15% and let’s work on a strategy once our assortment will be full in order to retain more and more customers and make the brand sustainable.

A separate call will be set to talk about the (1) Tier 2 live streamer selection, (2) in-store live streaming strategy

Matte Nail polish + manicure set will be launched in August
Comm/PR activation – (small press event in SH x Benjiing, influencers will create content (copyright for Tmall), PR seeding, no paid media)
The artwork of the 15-lipstick box for PR seeding will be shared by Friday 12th June (artwork only dedicated for China market and PR seeding in China – please to not share to other markets)
No bundle to be created for the launch of the matte nail polish

Other samples
Matte x satin samples are currently in registration process (target Sept/Oct)
How-to pictos will be shared by early July
Brand to confirm the AD of Fragrances samples to start registration asap

Nails launch
Launch will be done once the full asset package will be ready – target Q1 2021
Brand can consider the creation of combination (1 nail, 1 lipstick) to promote nails next year (to wait for the launch of the full range collection)
