1.Who is the most successful person in the world in your opinion?Could you tell us something about him or her?
From my point of view，Mao Tse-Tung is the most successful person in the world. He is the pride of our country and nation. Mao Tse-Tung was born in an ordinary peasant family in Xiangtan, Hunan province. However, he was determined to change his own destiny and change the destiny of the country with great ambition. Therefore,Mao Tse-tung became a pioneer who led the China people in the incessant efforts to build the Chinese socialism. He devoted his last twenties years’s life to probing into a great undertaking of Chinese socialist construction.Mao Tse-tung’s idealism has perpetual glamour.
What the Mao Tse-Tung’s selfless dedication and hard work that has brought chinese freedom and peace today.So Mao Tse-Tung is the most successful person in my mind.

2.What qualities do you think successful people have in common?
I think successful people have three qualities in common.
A positve mind. They believe then will make succusee. No matter how difficult the situation is, they always maintain positive minds, so they can always overcome obstacles and problems. Their attitude determines their fate. Most of the time, what matters most is not what happens to us, but how we deal with it. ‘
Strong execution.No action, no goals. Successful people are doers. They are always in action. They make decisive decisions about what they want to pursue and then make specific plans to achieve their goals.
Perseverance.No difficulty can knock successful people down, but with a hundredfold courage and patience to continue tenaciously, and actively improve conditions until success.The intangible quality that separates many successful people from talented people who fail is the sheer force of their wills.
There are other common qualitiers the successful people possess.

4.What do you think work can provide?
We all know work can give us a salary. In my opinion,work not only can provide money,but creat a process of knowing yourself and the world.
Through work, we can better understand who we are, what we can or can’t do and our preferences, weaknesses, positioning.Moreover the difference between the self-image we think we have and the image we’re actually capable of presenting is also knew.
The social nature of work also gives us an opportunity to examine how we relate to others and to the world. And push us to learn how to deal with it.
New experiences at work also open up a world and give you access to a life different from your own.

What do you think we need to read?
All of us should realize the impotrance of reading.Those great books make it possible for us to get in touch with the thoughts of the best thinkers and have a basic understanding of our lives, human values and significance, and then make our own exploration and creation according to our own endowments and interests.
Secondly, reading can help us better adapt to the world. In this process, what is the real harvest of reading is what I think about, what I think of and what sparks me.
Finally, reading is the lowest cost way to improve intelligence. We are about to meet an era full of uncertainty, uncontrollability and chaos. Reading can help us find the significances in chaos and turn chaos into an orderly thinking ability, which is the weapon for us to survive and improve our competitiveness.

Mao Tse-Tung’s idealism has had a long lasting effect on Chinese society as a whole and maintains a permanent place in the mindset of the people.
What the Mao Tse-Tung’s selfless dedication and hard work that has brought chinese freedom and peace to the nation. So Mao Tse-Tung is the most successful person in the world in my mind.

2.What qualities do you think successful people have in common?
I think successful people have three qualities in common.
A positve attitude , mindset. They believe they will be successful. No matter how difficult the situation is, they always maintain a positive attitude, so they can always overcome obstacles and problems that they face. Their attitude determines their fate. Most of the time, what matters most is not what happens to us, but how we deal with it.

The intangible quality that separates many successful people from talented people who fail is the sheer force of their wills.
Other than this, I am certain there are other common qualities that successful people possess, but I believe these are the 2 key points.

4.What do you think work can provide?
We all know that having a job can give us a salary / earning a living / earning a salary. In my opinion, work can not only provide money, but can also give an environment in which you can learn about yourself and the world around you.
Through work, we can better understand who we are, the limits of our abilities and our preferences, weaknesses, and place in society. Moreover the difference between the self-image we think we have and the image we’re actually capable of presenting is also knew.
The social nature of work also gives us an opportunity to examine how we relate to others and to the world, and pushes us to learn how to deal with it.
New experiences at work also open up a new world and give you access to a life different from your own.

What do you think we need to read?
All of us should recognise the importance of reading. Great books make it possible for us to get inside the minds of the best thinkers and gain a basic understanding of our lives as human beings, our values and significance, before we’re able to explore the world and build our own lives according to our own talents, interests, hopes and dreams.
Secondly, reading can help us better adapt to the world. The true benefits that we can reap from reading are how it influences what we think about, encourages independent creativity, and spurs innovation in the mind.
Finally, reading is the most cost effective / the cheapest to improve general intelligence. We are about to meet an era full of uncertainty, and instability. Reading can help us to organise the chaos and allow us to find meaning amongst it, which is a tool for us to survive and improve our competitiveness well into the future.
