my advantage is hardworking, it means i will try something to be my best. i am good at listen the others suggestion.For example in my first ,my boss asked me to made a table which is about check item then delivered to the local admin colleague. when i was done, i thought it would be very excellent,but my boss said it was a different from her expectation.so she told me her idea then i according to her idea to complete my work. the result is that it is indeed good .finally the important is that i can get along well with others. my disadvantage is i don’t have brave to express my thinking,because i don’t know my expression whether it is right or not ,so i think i need to check it in the future

One of my strengths is that I am hardworking which means i will try something to do / be my best. i am good at listening to others’ suggestions. For example in my first job, my boss asked me to make a table which is for checking items and delivering them to the local admin colleague. When i was done, i thought it would be very excellent, but my boss said it was a little different from her expectation. So she told me her idea and then completed my work according to / based on her idea. The result was that it was indeed good. Finally the important thing is that i can get along well with others. My weakness is i don’t have enough courage / I’m not brave enough to express my thinking, because i don’t know whether my ideas are good or not, so i think i need to correct it in the future / I realise this is an issue within myself and it’s something that I’m actively working to improve and grow from.
