My job is a pre-sale of intelligent voice robot. The pre-sales work is to assist (look it up, =help ) the sales after they get a business relationship. The details of the job are demonstrating (look it up) the company’s products, training customers how to use the products, providing service solutions, system deployment solutions (such as online deployment or local deployment) and so on.
Due to the novel coronavirus (look it up), I have been working at home since last Monday. My job is to communicate with customers. Recently, customers are working at home, so it leads to low efficiency (look it up).
We are developing a product to help local governments for free to investigate epidemic situation (look it up) via telephone. The voice robots ask people about their health, then the system registers (look it up) in the background.
