Last night Zoe asked me if I could change todayā€™s class time and the teacher, because there is a demo class at the same time. I was unhappy with this requisition and I refused it. Actually this was not the first time I felt uncomfortable. Before you relaunched the booking system, Judy and Zoe just told us a rough time if we didnā€™t ask the class time no one would inform us. And for the teacher, if they arrange a new teacher for me, at least Judy would ask my opinion before. But last week, Zoe arranged a new teacher for me without any notices and I wanted to change the teacher because I donā€™t have topics with a new teacher but she replied there was no other time or teacher to change, that means I didnā€™t have any other choices. And the next day, I had a meeting suddenly so I wanted to change the class time, but Zoe said no other time already. OK, thatā€™s fine, because it was my problem.
But last night, I was really unhappy with this arrangement. I told Zoe, why didnā€™t you get my confirmation before you confirm the demo class with the new student? Because the happening at last week, I booked Jesseā€™s class one week in advance. But why now you informed me that I should change the time and the teacher with any negotiable. I refused firstly, I insisted to have the class of my original plan. Then Zoe said, the system there is just for the student to book the class time and the teacherā€™s time, and especially Jesseā€™s time is not stable. (Then why the system can select the teacher? You should close this function.) Because I refused Zoe resolutely she let me to check with Jesse directly. And my reply was this is your job to coordinate the time with the student and the teacher, please donā€™t throw this job to me and Jesse.
Actually my other unhappy point was that I know I am the old student and you maybe know I will not continue to study at smart English. I can understand that sometime you should show the good impression to the new student. But that isnā€™t mean the old student is not important and every student was be an old one from a new one. At least I need the respect, not just an information.
