American Gangsters review
I watched one of the classic crime films named American gangsters last Sunday. Hereā€™s a quick review of this film.
American gangsters focus more on storytelling rather than actions, in which it tells an interesting story of how a drug empire grew from a driver and became the new Yorkā€™s biggest drug dealer, and later his fight with an extreme upright detective. The personality descriptions of these 2 main characters take up large amount of space. Frank Lucas is a silent and ruthless man, and he sees himself as examples of the family / in all groups of people. He strongly believes his success will soon or later come to alive, so he persistently tries and, in the end, get him the best heroin and control the whole market in New York. The other main character, Richie, who is also very rigid and determinated guy, who returned unmarked 8,000 dollars when he was poor in his early career and wouldnā€™t cover his best partnerā€™s crime. When these 2 distinctive characters become enemy, the dynamics and plot conflicts become more and more intriguing. The plot of and whole story setting ups are much similar to the other classic crime film-catch me if you can, as the 2 main characters they cherish each other and respect each other and at the end of the story, they become good friends. Essentially, the bird with same feathers flock together.
