After watching and reading the mindset abstract. I here to summary the main ideas.
Human mindset of their growth ability has 2 main directions. One is fixed mindset, which believes people’s ability are decided by genes and intelligence. The other thought is growth mindset, which on the other hand, believe people can grow and thrive along learning , practicing.
The essential differences are people with growth mindset see challenges and failures are growth opportunities to develop. In contrast, people with fixed mindset can’t accept failure, as they consider failare are setbacks that showing their inability on intelligence.So people with growth mindset see life as a learning journey while people with fixed mindset see life as an exam which makes them to prove their Intelligence.

In contrast, people with fixed mindset can’t accept failure, as they consider failures to be setbacks that showing their lack of intelligence. So people with a growth mindset see life as a journey to acquire knowledge and experience while people with a fixed mindset see life as an exam which makes them to prove they’re smart.
