First of all,I am very happy to be shortlisted to attend this interview. My name is Ivy.I’m 30 years old,I was born and raised in SH. I quit in Sep,so I can start to work by any time. For 8 years,I served at trading companies in the garment field. I chose to rebuild my career life for personal growth.I souce qualified factory,check and provide quotation sheet to customer and work with internal and external different departments,follow up orders,ensure products are good quality and delivered on time..
My major job included two parts in details:
Part one:follow up the whole process from garment order placement to delivery smoothly and timely.Sometimes I work as a troubleshooter and at the same time find the solution to avoid similar future problems.On one hand, monitor all samples to be provided on time by factory,on the other hand,I translate customer’comments for supply to ensure them understand customer’s request and produce qualified clothing.Besides that,I arrange all the testing requested by customer.
Part two: handle the whole logistics of import and export process. Sometimes we also imported fabric from foreign countries to make clothes.I check all shipping details with supply,book shipping space from forwarder,make all documents for customs declaration.Arrange factory to delivery the bulk products to warehouse on time.

I think I’m the right person for this postion, because

I finished at my previous company in September, so I am available to start at any time. For 8 years, I served at trading companies in the garment field. I chose to make some changes to my career for the purpose of personal growth. Basically, I’m in charge of the whole logistics process for import and export, from sourcing qualified factories, to checking and providing quotation sheets to customers, work with internal and external departments, following up orders, and ensuring products are of good quality and delivered on time. 
My main job included two parts in detail:

I understand one of your missons is to deliver the highest design and quality solution to an increasingly demanding fashion industry, and for me, this really fits well with me as I really enjoy working with amazing people, who I can work with to focus on good design and solution for our customers, and watch the whole process of making garments, from sketch to the final production of the garment – the whole process makes me feel really proud and great to be a part of it.
