D11 discount is like a rabbit hole, the more money you want to save, the more money you have to pay. I saw a lot of people complained about the rules on different platforms. However, as for me, the D11 is a little bit cutthroat, it is the first big campaign since I joined this company, especially in the situation that Tmall is the only one market which can earn money around the world due to the COVID. Hope I could get better reputation after this campaign! Next time I will solve problem further in advance, as there were still a lot of accidents suddenly happened.
