I used to have a misunderstanding of happiness and making a living. During this holiday I caught up with some of my best friends, we talked a lot about our teenager’s stories which were like a window into the past. I used to be so stubborn with wanting to be far away from home, because I thought Xi’an was not the city which could be fair, maybe I just wanted to leave my parents from their expectations. However, after I finished my visiting of my best friend‘s new house, I suddenly realized that I was immature to be judgmental of living in Xi’an. My friend works for government, and also doesn’t need to work overtime, in the meantime her husband is a soldier, so their family is quite stable and they all have a lot of time to spend with each other. They will do every homework together, and the house is so bright and clean, I feel happy to see they are on the mend. The happiness doesn’t depend on the place, people can feel happy by their family, their situation, and friends.

However, after I finished the visit of my best friend‘s new house, I suddenly realized that I was immature to be judgmental of living in Xi’an / After I finished visiting my bf’s new house, I realised it was immature of me to be … My friend works for government, and also doesn’t need to work overtime, in the meantime her husband is a soldier, so their family is quite stable and they both have a lot of time to spend with each other. They will do all housework together, and the house is so bright and clean, I feel happy to see they are having a better and better life. The happiness doesn’t depend on the place, people can get happiness from their family, their situation, and friends.
