To clarify –

UCO is not the person who in charge of shipping. As you know, Enter-co need to help us to register the product, the order only can be placed after registration completed. But as Enter-co shared in WeChat, they haven’t received the fragrance product which use for registration yet. So as the situation now, we are not be able to know the shipping time either.
In MF’s case, as the products which sell at TMALL, we did forecast in advanced, and also chasing for the logistics to push the order smoothly. As for PR seeding products, you need to co-work with logistics team to place the order, meanwhile you also need to notice UCO team in order for them can get ready to do some preparations for customs clearance.

If you need any help of customs clearance you should notice UCO team in advanced, otherwise, regarding the shipping issues and registration we are on the same page.
