Firstly write about the overall performance of each one (for eg: both instagram and pinterest doubled their users over the 5 years, but twitter and linked in performed relatively poorly) – then talk about each detail.

Facebook users grow from 12 to 13 years and 13 to 15 years users stable then 15 to 16 years users grow up.
Instagram users grow from 12 to 16 years.
12 to 15 years Pinterest users was grow up each years.
Linkedln 12 to 14 years users grow up and 14 to 15 years users decline then users grow up.

Facebook users grew from 2012 to 2013 years and for the 3 years of 2013 to 2015 the users were stable / the users stabilized then from 2015 to 2016 the users grew / increased.
Instagram users grew from 2012 to 2016.
From 2012 to 2015 Pinterest users grew up each year / year on year / Pinterest experienced yearly growth of users.
Linkedln, in 2012 to 2014 years users increased but in 2014 to 2015 years users declined before increasing again.
