I have been joined this company for about 3 months – I have been working at this company for about 3 months 

they are just regular things which come from my company

I got success of this process – I got through this process successfully

i thought it will be happen – I thought it would happen 

she speak Chinese much more better – she can speak Chinese (much) better
it’s much more easier – it’s much easier

they were arguing (about) whether we should do it or not

there has been at least 1 month since our last meeting – it has been about 1 month

I am supposed to be an outgoing girl, but I don’t actually want to. I am not really good at making friends with strangers. The Hongkong guy finally came into the Shanghai office this Monday. I realized I had to make friends with him, but it’s really hard. It doesn’t sound really good that I need to work with him every day, since I’ve already knew we are not suited. It’s time to show my personality!
