I have a customer from Brazil. He made an order with us and we finished the products but he told us not to ship now so the products are still in our warehouse. He just told me he will inform me if it’s getting better and I also have / i have another order from Sri Lanka. We arranged shipping but the container arrived there in about last week but my customer cannot collect it / pick it up and she cannot send money to us now because the bank is all closed.

I communicate with my Brazil with my Brazil customer in portuguese but I don’t speak portuguese.
