i had a difficult period in september. the company reviewed my last 2 months of work and they have to decide whether do a labor contract with me, or quit me. It’s a 1 year contract for the first year but i have 2 months of probation. I’ve passed but the period is very… for me, because the director thought I didn’t work efficiently. I talked with my director and hoped to give me some help to work fast. I just passed the probation and the labor contract is assigned the first day, because the probation is included in the 1 year contract. He thought I’m not proactive and he thought I need to proactive with other department. I think it’s because of my personality. I don’t like to talk to someone for the first time so it takes some time to get into the group. So it is most changed my personality at work. I started to talk to other peoples very well

I’ve passed but the period was very difficult / tough for me / it was a really tough period, because the director thought I didn’t work efficiently enough. I talked with my director and hoped he would give me some help to work faster / quicker / more efficiently. I just passed the probation period and the labor contract is backdated to start from the first day of the probation period, because the probation is included in the 1 year contract. He thought I’m not proactive and he thought I need to be proactive with other departments. I think it’s because of my personality. I don’t like to talk to / with someone for the first time so it takes me some / more time to be accepted by a group. So it is the experience that most changed my personality at work. I started to talk to other peoples very well.
