Mostly our work is connected with my colleagues who work in the same department, and it is also involved / it’s part of our our KPI in the end of the year and it impacts our bonus.

Yes it’s important because we need it both at work and in life. At work we need to deal with other people every day, and it’s even part of our KPI sometimes, so we definitely need to be good at it at work. In life, we also need to deal with people, arranging birthday parties, finding a partner and planning trips together – they all need teamwork. So yes, I think it’s important for most people who live normal lives.

we had a birthday dinner with our department last thursday and in our department there are 6 ladies and that day is the birthday of one of our colleagues so we bought a small cake for her to have a cute birthday party. During the dinner we talked a lot about our life and about their family and I think all of our team are too honest, sometimes it can be hurt someone’s heart. But the group activity was good for me that I can know a little more about our team.

During the dinner we talked a lot about our lives and about our families and during the conversation I thought all of our team are too honest, sometimes which can hurt someone’s feelings / so someone’s feelings may get hurt. But overall / all in all the group activity was good for me because I could know a little more about our team which is important for me because I’m new here / so it was a god experience for me.
