Writing exercise
Three years ago, when I traveled to Hawaii and climbed the Halerkala Crater, I felt my heart was pounding and couldn’t breathe, it was a signal for me that my body was out of training. When I back to home, I set a goal to myself: go for working out twice a week to improve my stamina. And I hired a coach and asked him to develop the training plan for me. The coach asked me to do some test and told me that I was good at felicity and balance, but need to improve strength, stamina and speed, so he set a detailed training plan for me which is focus on the above. In the beginning, it was tough for me because I couldn’t keep up with my rhythm and strength. In order to making the exercise more fun and easy persistence, the coach added some interesting elements into the class, for example: boxing and dancing, it could help me to hold on the exercise. Time flies, now I have gone for the work out for three years, it has become part of my life. During this period, I found that my life is more fulfilling, my body shape is better and my stamina is improved, so I will keep on doing it.

In the beginning, it was tough for me because I couldn’t keep up with the training plan due to my poor rhythm and strength / because my rhythm and strength couldn’t keep up. In order to make the exercise more fun and easy to persistence, the coach added some interesting elements into the class, for example: boxing and dancing, which / because they could help me to see it through / to not give up / insist. Time flies, now I have been working out for three years, and it has become part of my life. During this period, I found that my life is more fulfilling, my body / my figure is better / I have a better figure and my stamina is improved, so I will keep on doing it.
