eg. When my alarm goes off in the morning, I press snooze on the alarm because I want to go back to sleep. After a few times doing that, I finally turn off the alarm.

I booked a flight last year and the departure time was in May so the corona virus is broke out so we couldn’t go abroad so i called the flight agency and i wented to cancel my flight and return my money but the agency told me maybe you can take the flight in may, she is not sure the flight will be cancelled or not so she can’t operate the refund so I’m upset with her. I said it’s unlikely to go abroad in May so I already cancelled my hotel and my trips so why your don’t return my money, so it’s very annoying and I called many times to the agency, so their service is quite bad so the receptionist said she need to ask her supervisor, and so many process to wait so I’m not happy / furious. We can’t go out in May, the corona virus still severely
