from my own, I think it’s ridiculous – in my opinion / for me / as far as I’m concerned / from my perspective 

they’re not straight forward – they’re not direct / they don’t talk straight / they don’t say it in a straight forward way 

straight forward = simple & direct

i don’t have to face to face to have a discussion every day – I don’t have to face my boss / to talk with him face to face

around the period i was looking for a new job. when i want to find a new job the first priority / preference from this job will be like I want to have a clear scope, like during my last job it’s not really good, so i always work overtime cause my colleagues always procrastinate the work so I have to work late so from the next job i want to have more clear scope like we have a balanced schedule to avoid this situation happen again. Looking forward, I wish to have more holidays.
