when I go to the company at first I opened my computer and check the email, and deal with some things which I didn’t have finish before. If customer want to know some  discount of products and they would ask me then I ask the other colleagues. Then if the customer want to extra discount I would discuss with that colleagues about it. Maybe focus on the amount of boxes. Then if i got the discount I would tell the customer and they would make the order and then I write everything including the discount in the spreadsheet and upload to the system.
