Both my customer Tom and my colleague Mary are rush persons/have quick tempers. Last week almost every day Tom e-mailed Mary to rush the orders and send to him ASAP because he was informed we would have around 10 days holiday of CNY. However, Mary could’t ewqit any more and lost her temper completely. Finally she emailed Tom:
I have already arranged your orders and will send them out to you successively within two weeks, please wait patiently!

That shocked me a lot ,so I’m thinking these days, if I am Mary, how should I reply the email more politely? I would say :
Thank you for letting me know your concerns, and we have rushed orders for you one after another within two weeks. Please kindly note and check when you receive the couriers.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.

If I want to express the following situation, which one should I use: Continuously or successively?
