Online Class Notes (Jesse)

Homework

Read more of the book I sent you and write any words or sentences you don’t know and we’ll discuss next class.

Do some writing like a diary and focus on the grammar we have learned recently. Choose a topic that you can write about without needing a dictionary too much.

Writing exercise

Hello Diary, i never had a diary before, but i guess that people usually start like this.
Yesterday i decided that its time to put our 4 metters hight Chirsmas tree and toys back into the boxes, which i sucesfully throwed away. So, i went to the supermarket for a groccery shopping and when i got there i asked them to give me the most biggest boxes they have cause the Christmas tree is really huge and has lots of toys and lights. When i back to my(or thre) home and start to put Christmas toys back i had this nice past Christmas mood, but when i finish with toys and start to put down a Christmas light, which is 50 metters long, my mood was somewhere in the middle from start to cry or start to swear. But as a independent woman i decided that its not shouldnt wait when my husband will back to the home from his work, so i decided to dessamble(Google Translation) the tree by myself. So i crawl on the ladder absoluttely sure that i will finish all the work very quick and when my husband will back to the home from the office there gonna be no Christmas tree and dinner will be cooked and waiting for us.
For the records, when my husband back home from work he found boxes and Christmas tree branches everywhere. Also he found me almost finished the bottle of wine and waiting for food delievery.
P.S. We still have Christmas Tree.

Hello Diary / Dear Diary, i never had a diary before, but i guess that people usually start like this.

But as an independent woman i decided that I shouldnt wait for my husband to came back to the home from his work, so i decided to disassemble the tree by myself. So i was climbing on the ladder absolutely sure that when my husband comes home, dinner will be ready and there’s no christmas tree / I was determined to make sure that when my husband comes home, there would be no christmas tree and dinner would be ready.
For the records, when my husband was back home from work, he found (some / the / many) boxes and (the) Christmas tree branches everywhere. Also he found (that) I almost finished the bottle of wine and was waiting for food delivery.
P.S. We still have a Christmas Tree.
