Mr Bean is playing with the dentist drill because he wants to make holes in the belt but he will be hurt because it is dangerous. Mr Bean is silly because he uses the air hose to clean his nose and he feels good.

Then he wakes and he saw the fake tooth was on his mouth and Dr Fangpuller give him a big enormous mirror and he let him look it, and when he looks it he saw a shiny tooth.

Mr Bean is making holes in the belt when Dr Fangpuller is choosing his fake tooth, and when Dr Fangpuller comes and he shows the fake tooth and the medicine to Mr Bean and he passes out. Then he wakes and he sees the fake tooth was on his mouth and Dr Fangpuller gives him an enormous mirror and he lets him look in it, and when he looks in it he sees a shiny tooth.
