Reacently I redid the 16 personality test and surprisingly found out my results has changed from what I did 1.5 years ago.
The changed attribute called “ tactic “, which reflects our approach to work, planning and decision making.There are 2 directions of this attribute: the first one is judging, people who are judging are decisive & organized. The other direction is prospecting. Prospecting individuals are good at improvising and spotting opportunities. My tactic trait has changed from prospecting to judging.
This results lead me to reflect on how I have changed in the past year, and what are the advantages and disadvantages.

The reason why I’ve changed along with time is highly relevant to my organized working style in the past 1 year. The advantages are im becoming structural and disciplined, while the downside is I may be rigid sometimes and I’m losing my ability to deal with unexpected changes
