When Wilbur was five weeks old, Mr. Arable decided that him would have to be sold, because now him is not only drinks milk, he needs some more things on his feeding (on his diet) like scraps, but that was not the only problem, the problem was that Wilbur had ten brothers and sisters, and every day he eats more and more. So after know the news Fern was sad and didn’t know what to do. Mr. Arable suggested to Fern would call her Uncle Homer Zukerman because him has a barn and sometimes hi raises a pigs.
She asked to her father how much can be pay for him? And Mr. Arable thought than his pig is a runt and Homer is their relative so he said, 6 dollars, and you see what he says. If your Uncle buys him, you can go there walking and see him anytime that you want. The barn of Zukerman was very near to de Mr. Arable barn. Fern phoned him and he says, ok I would buy him (the price didn’t to him thinking too much).
Next day Wilbur was at Zukerman’s barn, it was large and very old, it had stalls for horses, tie ups for cows, sheepfold for sheep and pigpen for Wilbur. It was pleasantly warm in winter because the animals spent the most of the time inside, and in summer was pleasantly cool because the big doors are wide open to the breeze. whole barn smelled to hay, because hay was everywhere, and also full of many sorts things like empty grain sacks, ax handles, water buckets, snow shovels, etc.
