Today’s PPM we will go through some details of the shoot including deliverables, art direction, mood and tone, lighting reference, model suggestions and shot by shot. For the deliverables, you will find the summary as your brief, but we will suggest to use some couple shots to replace elected single shots to make the visuals more impactful, like road trip and 101+. Tim will explain that in shot by shot session. And we slightly revised the art direction part especially for cooling collections based on our last meeting’s comments. For the mood and tone and lighting reference, they will be consistent which are along with all collections. And we have some model candidates for discussion. At the end, we will go through shot by shot including locations, props, outfits and postures, for the locations, we have designed different routes for pick as we need to consider the time slot, and the props and postures are related to the location, therefore they also have different options. And we need to confirm the locations and some props today as some locations need to book soon and the lead time of some props is long.

For the mood and tone and lighting reference, they will be consistent across / throughout all collections. We have some proposed model candidates for discussion. At the end, we will go through shot by shot including locations, props, outfits, and poses. For the locations, we have designed different routes for you to pick from as we need to consider the time and plan accordingly / in the interest of travel efficiency, and the props and poses are related to the location, therefore they also have different options / and this affects props and poses as well. As some of the locations require booking in advance and some props have long lead times, they need to be confirmed ASAP, today if possible.
