write reports – put together a report / type up a report / create a report
eg. let me put together that email for you / let me put it together for you

it’s really tired – It’s really tiring

I’m tired = I feel tired
It’s tiring = it makes me tired

what’s something in your job that’s really tiring?

speak out = protest / spread awareness
eg. Women should speak out / speak up if they are treated unfairly at work
eg2. it’s good for people to speak out against racism

desex / neuter – when a cat or dog has surgery to cut out its sexual organs
eg. I had to desex him

spray – when a cat makes it’s smell come out

scent – the smell from a cat

territory – the place that a cat protects
eg. cats spray around the place to mark its territory with its scent
