to blindly follow sb / the rules – to follow sth without thinking

hearing – court case / when you’re on trial you attend hearings
eg. there is a hearing to decide whether.. bla bla

court – the place that the hearing is held

jury – a group of normal people that judge guilt during court cases

juror – a person in the jury

china government – the Chinese government 

yoga mat – a thing you put on the floor to do yoga on

thigh – da tui
eg. my thigh muscles are really big

form roller – sth to help you warm up

get on my knees – to stand like a dog / baby
eg. first i get on my knees, then hold it

squat – dun
eg. I squatted / I did a squat then stood up

childhood – the period of time you’re a child

tired of = sick of = bored of – you had it too much and don’t want it anymore
eg. I’m tired Chinese food
tired from sth = that thing made me tired
eg. Why are you tired? I’m tired from the gym

give a try – give it a try / have a try
eg. cmon, come and have a try

we have a chinese saying like – we have a saying in Chinese which goes like “…..”
