e.g. Sichuan hot pot is very oily, you have to eat it with rice.

Sensitive- something that takes very little to upset its balance.

e.g. Before I could eat a lot of spicy food but now, my stomach is

Cuisine- a way of cooking food.

e.g. Chinese cuisine is famous all around the world, many people like it.

Humid- kind of wet

e.g. Summer in Hong Kong is the worst, it’s so hot and humid!
