Independent- not having to depend on other people for support.

e.g. If I do my master’s in law, I need to be financially independent.

Altitude- how high something is, like a mountain.

e.g Huangshan has an altitude of 2000 meters.

Peak- The top of a mountain

e.g.  After 6 hours of climbing, we finally reached the peak.

Harvest Season- when all the fruits are ready

e.g. In xinjiang, October is the the harvest season when all the fruits are ready.

Cumin- a kind of spice used in xinjiang and Indian food.
