Vocabulary

Lane House – An old house located in a lane.
E.g – April used to live in a beautiful lane house while she was in Shanghai.

Landlord – A person where you pay your rent too.
E.g – My landlord is one of the kindest man I have met.

Ambitious – Having a strong wish to be successful, powerful or rich.
E.g – My nephew is very ambitious for his age.

Pagoda – A tall religious mostly found in Asia with many levels and curved roof.
E.g –

Pizza dough – Flour mixed with water and yeast and its normally ready for baking.
E.g – Recently I am trying to make my own pizza dough.

Gelatine – A clear liquid made from animal bones, normally used to make jelly.
E.g – Recently I have been using a lot of gelatine to make mousse cake.

Braised pork – To cook pork slowly in a covered dish with a little fat.
E.g – Last night I had braised pork for dinner.

Sea breeze – A light cool wind blowing from sea to land.
E.g – April likes the sea breeze, because she feel it is very relaxing.

Naan – An Indian flat bread.
Eg – April loves to eat naan. 

Avocado

E.g – Avocado is one of April’s favorite food.

Omelette – A dish of mixing eggs together and frying them.

E.g – I have omelette for breakfast every morning.
