Parking spot: the specific place where you park your car

Ex: She took my parking spot.

Ex: I am looking for my parking spot.

Parking Lot: The location where many cars are parked.

ex: I am looking for my car in the parking lot.

In Order:

Ex: Our office requires that we keep our desk in order.

Ex: The boss came in to check if everything was in order.

(In the last sentence, “everything was in order” means everything was going well.)

Chronological Order: Organizing numbers  from smallest to largest

Ex: We organized the heights according to chronological order.

Ex: We put the data in chronological order.

Alphabetical Order: Organizing words or items from a-z

Ex: We arranged the list of new students in alphabetical order.
