Q: What do you find most interesting about new media?

A: I think the point in the new media is distance. Before when you use traditional media, the media is far from you and they have distance from you. and you just got the messages from this media, and you can’t reply to them. But in new social media age, is the two sides communication way and you get message from them and you can reply your pov and thinking to them and you can have communication. And it’s not only media, it’s the communication way for you to convey your points.

A: I think the most interesting point in the new media is distance between media and audience. Before when you use traditional media, the media is far from you and they are distant(adj) and unilateral. It’s not a back-and-forth communication. and you just get the messages from this media, and you can’t reply to them. But in new social media age, is the two-way communication and you get message from them and you can reply your pov and thinking to them and you can have a communication. And it’s not only a social media, it’s the way of communication to convey your points.

You can get more sides of the same story and broaden your scope of thinking.
