Grammar

I saw Judy. Judy was talking to Jesse. She said that she wants coffee.
I saw Judy talking to Jesse, saying that/she said that she wants coffee.

have/haven’t – verb tense for “past + long time”
ie. I haven’t had anything to eat today.
ie. J has been having fun in Australia.

I saw some news about who’s people can come in. The news said you can invite your families.
I saw/heard some news about a new policy, it said that/saying that you can invite your families to come into China.

Many families are now, they are separate…
The/many families who were in China now they are separated because some of them were in other countries when the virus started. They can’t come back because China don’t want them.
The/many families who were in China before are now separated because some of them were in other countries when the virus started. They can’t come back because China’s government wants to protect their own citizens by shutting down the borders.

I know they do something … asked the government of China something about the people who are separate families.
I know the Spanish consulate asked China’s/ the Chinese government about the people who are separated from their families.

They aren’t together for many many months.
