“what you are talking about” vs “what are you talking about”
– first one is phrase that acts like a noun, second is a question (complete question sentence)
ie. I don’t know what I want.
ie. I don’t know who she’s dating.
ie. I don’t know where she bought the ugly dress.

ie. If you wake(v) my baby, he would cry non-stop/endlessly.

calm down: for when people are agitated or excited

the other: for two objects, “not A, but the other.”
