In order to maximize the impact, I suggest we invite as many B&C-levels as we can. I have added a column on the trix for us to update customer levels. Btw, Elena, can we get a chance to confirm the levels of the UMM attendees?
In terms of results tracking: For SBS customers, we will be tracking the UAA/Points/SFO changes. We can update these data on Feb 8th (2 weeks after the webinar and right before CNY holiday), and on Feb 22nd (immediately after the holidays). For UMM customers, do we have any opportunities to check the changes in the main matrix as well, and how do we confirm that the vendors will do that for us? Maybe Melisa can help with that.

Because most of the attendees will be B2B customers and the quarter 1 is usually a low season for B2C costumers, how about we focus on blahblahblah a little bit more?
