I was the account people and the main responsibility of me is to communicate with client and creative team. Also, the strategy team to make sure they know what client need to create something the client really need. That’s my core job, besides that, I only need to … if the project is very small, I just take all control of it and to create the proposal, including strategy and creative things by myself. It depends on the amount of the project/price of the project. The resource the creative team and strategy team, their rate card is very high. So my boss doesn’t want to share money with them so he ask me to deal with all things.
