Grammar
have been living: you started in the past, and are still living …
ie: I have been working in this company for two years.
ie: I have been learning swimming/how to swim for two years.
lived/had been living: you started in the past, and stopped in the past…
ie: I worked in Shandong for one year, but I am working here now.
ie: I had been learning how to swim for two years, but now I started to learn painting.
am living in: happening now
ie: I am living in Shanghai for five years now/today/this week/this year.
ie: I am having an English class now.
a piece of news/a glass of water:
in English, you cannot say “a news” or “a water”, you can only say “a piece of news” or “a glass of water”.
in plural, we say “two pieces of news”, not “two news”.
