Speaking exercise

I have been working in SH for 15 years. Right after my graduation I came to SH for work. Why I came to SE to learn English because in 2018, I changed my job and changed the working location, which means my current company is located in Jing An Temple. This is the location reason. Previously, when I worked in my former company, I didn’t use speaking English frequently, but now when I joined my current company, lots of interaction and cross-country communication and meetings. I feel that even though I learned English from Junior School to University. For English, if you don’t use it frequently, you cannot speak very well. It helped a lot, at least… tbh I cannot memorize all the phrases the teachers taught me. For example, when we have a meeting with colleagues from other countries, I don’t feel.. Previously, I feel very difficult when I open my mouth to speak English. After one year of practice,…not that good at least I can say it more confidently.

My current company is located in Jing An Temple, which means I’m very close to the SE location/SE offices. Previously, when I worked in my former company, I didn’t use speaking English frequently, but now that I joined my current company, there are lots of interactions and global/international communication and meetings. I feel that even though I began to English in Junior School to University/I have been learning English since Junior School. For any given language, If you don’t use it frequently, you cannot speak very well/ fluently. It helped a lot, at least… tbh I cannot memorize all the phrases the teachers taught me. For example, when we have a meeting with colleagues from other countries, I don’t feel timid/shy anymore.. Previously, I felt it was very difficult whenever I open my mouth to speak English. But now, after just one year of practice, even though my English is still not that good, at least I can speak it more confidently/with more confidence.
