In China many people hope their die family can live a better life. So they will give them many things like money, like house, like food and so on. They will burn these things. They think if they do like this, their died family will receive these things and they can have a better life. So every year at the 清明节 and 腊八月they will do that.

In China many people hope their ancestors can live a better life. So they give them many things like money, like house, like food and so on. They burn these things. They think if they do this, their ancestors can receive these things and they can have a better life. So every year during Tomb Sweeping Day and the Laba festival, they do this.

Grammar

“will” is for the future, don’t use “will” for things that happen on a usual basis, that happens usually 

it will be cold in Beijing in winter –  it is cold in Beijing in winter

it’s not because there is a 会 in Chinese that there is a “will” in English
